Cancelation policy:
Completing the online registration process constitutes a firm booking. Written cancellations received more than 6 weeks prior to the date of the conference will be accepted and a refund of 90% will be given. Refund requests received after this time will not be eligible for refund, irrespective of whether the delegate attends the conference. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
